Anex warranty
Anex provides a basic 2-year warranty for all strollers, however only 1-year warranty for the stroller model “ Quant ”, “AIR-Z”, “AIR-X” and its accessory “Air-X Travel Cot”.
Anex extended warranty
Anex provides extended 3-year warranty for specific models as described below and 1-year extended warranty for other model as described below under the following conditions:
3-year additional extended warranty
(applicable now in the EU countries only). A 3-year additional extended warranty is provided for the following stroller models: MEV, ELI, IQ BASIC, IQ PREMIUM, AIR-Z. The additional extended warranty is applicable now in the EU countries only starting from 15 March 2024. To be eligible for the 3 additional years of extended warranty, all you have to do is register your Anex stroller on the official website within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase and keep your original proof of purchase (payment confirmation which includes a purchase date). If the initial 14-day registration period has passed, you still have the opportunity to receive 1 additional year of extended warranty by registering your Anex stroller on the official website within 3 months from the purchase date.
1-year additional extended warranty
A 1-year additional extended warranty is provided for the following stroller models: m/type, m/type PRO, l/type, e/type, IQ (strollers produced during 2023). To be eligible for the 1 additional year of extended warranty, all you have to do is register your Anex stroller on the official website within 3 months from the date of purchase and keep your original proof of purchase (payment confirmation which includes a purchase date).
