Anex Warranty

Anex provides a basic warranty of 2 years for all strollers purchased from an authorized dealer in any country, except for the models "Quant", "Air-Z", "Air-X", and its accessory "Air-X Travel Cot", for which the warranty is 1 year.

For the Thai market, there is only a standart 2-year warranty for all stroller models.

Additional Extended Warranty for 1 Year

An additional extended warranty of 1 year is provided for the following stroller models: MEV, ELI, IQ BASIC, IQ PREMIUM, IQ , m/type, m/type PRO, l/type, e/type, Air-Z.

To qualify for an additional year of extended warranty, you need to register your Anex stroller on the official website within 3 months from the date of purchase and retain your original proof of purchase (payment confirmation containing the purchase date).

Anex Extended Warranty for EU Countries

Additional Extended Warranty for 3 Years (applies only in EU countries)

Anex provides an extended warranty of 3 years for specific models described below, or an extended warranty of 1 year under the following conditions:

A 3-year additional extended warranty is provided for the following stroller models: MEV, ELI, IQ BASIC, IQ PREMIUM, Air-Z. This additional extended warranty applies only in EU countries, starting from March 15, 2024.

To obtain an additional 3 years of extended warranty, all you need to do is register your Anex stroller on the official website within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase and retain your original proof of purchase (payment confirmation containing the purchase date).

If the initial 14-day registration period has passed, you still have the option to receive an additional 1 year of extended warranty by registering your Anex stroller on the official website within 3 months from the date of purchase.

The warranty doesn’t apply

For defects caused by ordinary wear and tear and fabrics affected by everyday use, scratches on the legs and natural discoloration of materials over time or by NOT following the maintenance instructions.

For damages or repairs performed by non-authorized entities.

For defects caused by non-compliance with the instruction manual, instruction movies or other Anex guidelines.

For damages and tearing made by a customer or another person (knots that have been damaged mechanically, fractures, dents, deformations caused by force).

For damages caused by natural disasters, natural phenomena, man-made catastrophes, military actions and other force majeure circumstances.

In the event of product air transportation or freight damage.

In the event of use of accessories parts that are not manufactured by Anex.

In the case of textile material deformations.

For the effects caused by excessive side-to-side rocking of the high chair and the weakening of its structure at the joints.
