Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days from the date of delivery.
The item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all tags and accessories attached.
Proof of purchase, such as the order confirmation or receipt, is required.
If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery.
We may request photos or additional information to assess the issue.
Depending on the circumstances, we will offer a replacement, repair, or refund for the damaged or defective item.
We will cover the shipping costs associated with returning the damaged or defective item.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team by sending an email to [email protected] and mentioning the following information:
1. Name the item;
2. Mention your reason for the return;
3. Please attach to the email photos and/or videos of the problem accordingly.
You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe delivery of the item.
Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
You may request to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it.
To cancel your order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible.
If your order has already been processed and shipped, it may not be possible to cancel it. In such cases, please refer to our Returns and Exchanges policy mentioned above.
Refunds for Canceled Orders:
If your order is successfully canceled within the specified timeframe, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Please note that it may take up to 14 business days for the refund to be processed and appear in your account.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the status of the return. If the return is approved, we will refund the original payment for the approved amount within 14 business days.
Store Credit: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the status of the return. If the return is approved, we will provide a store credit within 10-15 working days.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please submit your return request here to request an exchange.
Customers are responsible for the appropriate packaging of item(s) as will be specified in an email from ANEX and are responsible for paying for return shipping costs for returning your item(s) unless the reason for the return is due to our error. Returns are sent to the address that should be indicated in the email from the seller.
Depending on your location, the time it may take to exchange the item may vary.
The seller is not responsible for loss or damage to the goods during the return.
