Shipping and payment policy

We currently ship to the Germany only. Products are shipped from our warehouses in the EU (Poland).

Free standard delivery within Germany applies to orders with a total value exceeding EUR 80 (incl. VAT). For orders less than 80 euros, there's a standard 15 euros delivery fee. Your convenience is important to us, and we're here to make sure your shopping experience is smooth and straightforward.

Orders are sent by the GLS postal service 3–4 business days from the date of shipment of the goods from the warehouse. The delivery time may vary depending on the product availability and delivery address. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You may track your shipment on the GLS website: https://www.gls-pakete.de/en The delivery of certain products can take upwards of 30 days due to high volumes of stock replenishment. Please contact us at [email protected] to get up-to-date information. Shipping times are not guaranteed. If you require an order before a specific date, please contact [email protected] to confirm if an expedited option is available at an extra charge. Delays: Delays may occur due to the carrier, customs, or other circumstances outside of our control. Please double check all shipping details when completing your order. We do not take responsibility for stolen or missing packages. The risk of accidental loss or damage to the goods passes to the consumer upon delivery of the goods. Note: Delays may occur due to inventory/material limitations, environmental, political or other circumstances beyond our control. If this occurs (and we hope not), we will do our best to communicate this to you as soon as possible.

Since we source our products from different suppliers, you may receive separate packages for each product. Hang in there and it should arrive soon!
