Shipping and payment policy

We currently ship to the Germany only. Products are shipped from our warehouses in the EU (Poland).

We're pleased to inform you that if your order is 80 euros or more, you get free delivery. For orders less than 80 euros, there's a standard 15 euros delivery fee. Your convenience is important to us, and we're here to make sure your shopping experience is smooth and straightforward.

Orders are sent by the GLS postal service 14 business days from the date of shipment of the goods from the warehouse. Your parcel can be tracked by the tracking number on the GLS website - https://www.gls-pakete.de/en , which you will receive by email after we send you the order. The delivery of certain products can take upwards of 30 days due to high volumes of stock replenishment. Please contact us at [email protected] to get up-to-date information. Shipping times are not guaranteed. If you require an order before a specific date, please contact [email protected] to confirm if an expedited option is available at an extra charge. Delays: Delays may occur due to the carrier, customs, or other circumstances outside of our control. Please double check all shipping details when completing your order. We do not take responsibility for stolen or missing packages. Note: Delays may occur due to inventory/material limitations, environmental, political or other circumstances beyond our control. If this occurs (and we hope not), we will do our best to communicate this to you as soon as possible.

Since we source our products from different suppliers, you may receive separate packages for each product. Hang in there and it should arrive soon!
