We are willing to inform you that the Anex Air-X stroller, which you may own, requires an improvement to ensure the safety of newborn babies (0-6 months old) who are carried in it. Our top priority is the safety of your child, and we are committed to continuously improving the design and testing of our products to achieve this.

We have identified that there is a risk of a newborn baby sliding out of the stroller during a full rotation of 360 degrees. However, we want to assure you that the stroller is completely safe for babies who are 6 months or older.

To address this issue, we have developed an improved restraint system (seat soft goods) that will ensure complete safety for newborn babies. The new sewing kit parts will be available for free replacement from June.
