Returns and exchanges
Don't like your item? No worries, we understand! Returns must be received within 14 days of delivery. Customers must pay return shipping and these costs are non-refundable.
Is your item damaged or incorrect? We're sorry to hear that! Inform us within 10 days of delivery and we will make it right!
If your return meets the above policy, please submit your return request by sending an email to [email protected] mentioning the following information:
1. Name the item;
2. Mention your reason for the return;
3. Please attach to the email photos and videos of the problem accordingly.
We will review your request within 5 business days and provide the next steps and further instructions.
We may be able to cancel the order if it has not yet been packed. Please e-mail us at [email protected] as soon as possible to confirm we can cancel your order, or fill out the request form from email.
Once the order has been shipped, we are not able to cancel it as the order is already on its way to you. You may request a return for a refund using the steps above once the item(s) is/are received.
Refund: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the status of the return. If the return is approved, we will refund the original payment for the approved amount within 14 business days.
Store Credit: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the status of the return. If the return is approved, we will provide a store credit within 10-15 working days.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please submit your return request here to request an exchange.
Customers are responsible for the appropriate packaging of item(s) as will be specified in an email from ANEX. In the event that the cause for return stems from our error, customers will not incur any fees for return shipping. However, in all other cases, customers shall be responsible for the cost of shipping the returned items. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for an exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over GBP 500, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
